Our Security team has a rare opening for a Project and Business Process Manager with security project management experience to join the team. You will have the opportunity to lead multiple high-budget projects, such as enhancing current security systems and processes, and provide guidance on store development projects from a security perspective.

You will manage a variety of key projects, liaising with internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The role is hybrid, based in our Knightsbridge office 4 days/week, with 1 day work from home and occasional travel to other sites.

About The Role

This role involves managing multiple security projects at Harrods in Knightsbridge, including projects at H beauty stores, corporate headquarters, and distribution centres. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. You may also deputize for the Lead Project and Business Process Manager.

You will:

• Source vendors and manage projects from inception to completion within budget and time constraints.
• Review costings and pitches from consultants and vendors, and facilitate meetings effectively.
• Familiarize yourself with Harrods security policies and recommend improvements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Stay updated on industry insights.

About You

You should have a genuine interest in security project management, with confidence liaising with various stakeholders. Be proactive, driven, and organized.

You will:

• Hold a project management qualification (PRINCE2 or APM accredited).
• Have practical experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Possess knowledge and experience in security project management.
• Experience in a luxury or retail environment is beneficial.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong analytical abilities.
• Be proficient with IT skills.
• Be enthusiastic, confident, and determined to succeed.
