Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Self-Employed Field-Based Sales Representative, with a realistic OTE of £50k per year and no cold calling. The Sales Representative will present pay weekly finance plans to pre-booked in-home appointments, whilst demonstrating our wide range of products and closing sales. Full product and sales training will be provided, along with a guaranteed minimum weekly payment whilst in your training period. Additional tasks include maintaining excellent customer relations, meeting sales targets, and providing detailed reports on sales activities. Candidates must have a full UK driving license with access to their own reliable vehicle, and mobile phone.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the flooring or home improvement industry is a plus
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable with remote work and utilizing digital communication tools
