Description

We’re seeking a motivated Accounts Semi-Senior to join our King Hope office in Northallerton. In this role, you will support Directors and Portfolio Managers by delivering high-quality services to SME clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing accounts, tax computations, and VAT returns for a variety of clients.
• Maintain accurate records and complete work to high standards within deadlines.
• Act as a professional, reliable point of contact for clients, responding positively to queries.
• Support a collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Stay updated with technical knowledge through CPD and training opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Part-qualified AAT, fully qualified AAT, or qualified by experience.
• Experience in an accountancy practice is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, dependable, able to work independently and in a team.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail and time management.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage).
