The candidate in this role will be expected to be a solutions-oriented revenue driver who can sell and expand our fastest-growing products and revenue lines. Working hand in hand with many different departments internally and senior level clients externally will allow this individual to touch all facets of the company/industry and report into the Director of Enterprise Sales and Commerce Media EMEA.
In This Role You Will
- Engage with Investment leads and C-level stakeholders at top brands and retail clients, guiding strategic discussions on how to leverage Magnite for programmatic buying, reselling, data integration, and measurement
- Develop and deliver the vision and strategic direction for retail media advertising technology across the EMEA region
- Regularly interact with major customers and being able to negotiate with customers and influence senior-level leaders regarding matters of significance to their organisation
- Create, implement and own a sales pipeline for prospects for Magnite’s brand, retail and commerce strategy
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the complete sales cycle and own the relationships post contract
- Create Net New Revenue lines for Magnite on highly strategic new business initiatives
- Be the subject matter expert in our products to be able to identify and create solutions to our client’s problems
- Creatively problem solve to substantially grow Magnite’s revenue through collaboration with internal and external partners
- Cross-collaborate with a multitude of different departments to shape the product’s needs
- Play a pivotal role in growing Magnite’s retail and commerce media category, leading strategic initiatives with media network partners in key verticals and supporting revenue growth with in-house advertisers
- Lead Magnite’s retail & commerce initiatives from prospecting through business development, driving growth through establishing partnerships and media spend across Magnite’s solutions in EMEA
- Develop and execute strategies to foster long-term relationships with key client partners, ensuring the successful integration of Magnite solutions and the realization of growth opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Publisher, Product, and Marketing, to align on go-to-market strategies, guide product roadmap development, and ensure successful client integrations
- Be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to navigate C-level conversations and align both internal and external stakeholders around common goals
- Hands-on experience in platform-oriented business development, solution-selling, or client-side roles within the adtech, martech, or digital advertising industries
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working cross-functionally with sales, client services, engineering, and product teams to prioritize initiatives and meet client needs
- 6+ years of experience working in AdTech or programmatic and with expertise in creating and nurturing complex partnerships, with a focus on driving revenue and building long-term relationships
- An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), presentation tools (PowerPoint), and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- A history of thinking outside the box and enjoying a “start up” like atmosphere
- An organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, adaptable to change, and comfortable working in a fast moving, ever changing environment
- Experience in a buying platform and/or Curator technology is required; having either worked at a technology company or within the technology at an agency
- The ability to challenge the status quo and create a path to a different future
- Both written and verbal communication skills needed
