Overview

  • Commercial - Manages day‑to‑day internal & external finance partnering with finance team on the account & tracking; inputs into revenue forecasting (owned by PN); owns scope & manages resource requirements; looks for opportunities to grow account.
  • Creative - Ensures timely & comprehensive briefing from clients; partners with Strategy Director on brief development; strong understanding of category; reviews & inputs into creative work & ensures it is on brief; creates favourable client conditions & relationships for top creative work to be successfully bought and made.
  • People - Holds relationships of influence internally to bring together disciplines for creation of the best creative possible; is trusted partner to clients (Marketing Director level and below) across full spectrum of needs from development of marketing strategy to delivery. Line manages junior team members as the team grows & develops.
  • Process - Leads projects end‑to‑end, partnering with Project Management & Production team.

Primarily Heineken UK to begin, with other account opportunities to be confirmed, alongside support on pitches where appropriate.

  • Adept communicator - Strong interpersonal skills; can build relationships of influence. Can be left to operate without PN, and hold own in meetings with client.
  • Tenacious - Able to operate in a fast‑moving start‑up environment; willing to roll sleeves up to make things happen.
  • Entrepreneurial - Displays instinctive spirit to develop opportunities and drive growth on account; thinking outside the box to get to the best creative work.
  • Creatively‑minded - Passionate about the work and going the extra mile to help create the best creative possible.
  • Can operate on different levels - Able to zoom out and see the bigger picture on the account, whilst caring enough about the details to get these perfect and build foundations of trust.
  • Team‑builder - Someone who cares about building an agency culture, and being part of growing a business.
