Wayflyer is seeking a Senior Account Executive to expand our footprint in the DACH market. Your role: You will prospect, qualify and close new opportunities with eCommerce founders to help expand our footprint in the DACH market, partner with exciting growing brands, source your own leads, conduct in-depth discoveries using Solution Sales and MEDDIC methodologies, collaborate with internal stakeholders (underwriting, etc.), and meet/exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment. You’ll join a high-performing team with top performers achieving 200-400% of their target.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify and close new opportunities with eCommerce founders to expand our footprint in the DACH market
  • Work with growing consumer brands and source your own leads that fit our ICP, alongside your dedicated BDR
  • Conduct in-depth discoveries with prospects using Solution Sales and MEDDIC methodologies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Wayflyer, including underwriting, focusing on speed and quality
  • Act as a co-founder to our customers, ensuring negotiations are valuable for both parties
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Join a high-performing team with the potential for top-tier performance

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Minimum of 3 years outbound Account Executive experience, ideally selling to SMBs
  • Experience working as a BDR or SDR
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets in sales
  • Experience in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Passion for eCommerce and helping small businesses achieve goals
  • Familiar with MEDDICC methodologies

Global Offices and Working Policy

London, Dublin, Sydney, Atlanta/New York/Charlotte, and remote options with hybrid work models. The majority of teams are in-office 3-4 days per week in Dublin and London, with flexible arrangements elsewhere.
