Are you looking to accelerate your media planning career on one of the most iconic beauty brands in the world? Starcom is hiring a Senior Account Executive to join our high-performing L’Oréal planning team, where you’ll work across a wide range of innovative campaigns spanning beauty, fashion, sponsorship, and digital media.
As a Senior Account Executive in Planning, you'll play a vital role in delivering operational excellence, supporting strategic planning, and driving campaign performance. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to bring the L’Oréal brand to life across multiple paid media channels.

Responsibilities
- Manage core campaign operations such as finance POs and data auditing to ensure seamless internal processes
- Develop a deep understanding of the L’Oréal brand, market dynamics, and media strategy
- Use media planning tools (TGI, AdIntel, etc.) to mine insights and support multi-channel campaigns
- Track campaign performance and contribute to quarterly PCAs and competitor analysis
- Lead smaller projects, assisting in coordinating campaign deliverables and timelines
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, learning-focused team culture
- Help build the planning team’s reputation within the agency and with media partners
Qualifications
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understand how paid media channels differ (BVOD, Paid Social, Online Video, OOH etc.)
- Are organised and can manage multiple timelines
- Can interpret basic media performance metrics and reporting
- Are curious, energetic, and eager to grow
- Enjoy collaborating in agency culture and working across teams
