We have a hybrid working setup and require you to attend our London office a minimum of two days per week.
About the role
As an Account Executive for the UK, you will be responsible for selling an AI-Driven Quinyx SaaS Workforce Management system that simplifies scheduling, time reporting, communication, task management, budgeting and AI-powered forecasting. You will grow the UK business using your business development skills, while collaborating with the rest of the UK team (Sales Engineer, Implementation, Marketing, CSM and Support). Our clients include Rituals, Swarovski, Reiss, Elysium, Flink, HMV, Odeon, and others.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to improve customer experience.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of Quinyx products to prospective clients, in close collaboration with Sales Engineers.
- Working with the MEDDPICC sales methodology and providing accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.
- Gathering customer requirements, understanding their business needs and IT plans, and addressing them through our solutions.
- Collaborating with the marketing team and BDRs to develop strategies that maximize sales revenue and profitability.
- Working closely with key partners in the UK to expand our market footprint.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Extensive experience within the SaaS industry, managing complex and new business sales cycles.
- Outstanding consultative sales skills and experience with longer, more complex sales cycles (6-12 months).
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, carry through and close deals.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to quickly get up to speed on complex concepts.
- Problem-solving, results orientation, and the ability to remove obstacles with creative and adaptive thinking.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow product and market knowledge.
The WOW-factor
- Experience with enterprise deals, preferably selling Workforce Management / HCM / Talent Management / Payroll or related SaaS software.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies; familiarity with MEDDPICC is advantageous.
