This is a pivotal role for a commercially driven and creatively minded Senior Account Manager with a passion for experiential marketing, social‑first storytelling, and retail innovation. You will support the strategic development and execution of immersive brand experiences for Unilever, Perfetti Van Melle and P&O Cruises alongside other accounts and leading powerhouse brands shaping the future of consumer engagement. From high‑impact in‑store activations to disruptive experiential campaigns and omnichannel shopper journeys amplified through social media, you’ll bring brands to life where it matters most: in the hands, hearts, and social feeds of consumers. You will identify and develop new business opportunities to exceed revenue goals and expand the portfolio of services we provide, and you will also lead and work closely with all stakeholders on pitches, responses and submissions.

Essential Accountabilities

  • Support and lead the end‑to‑end communication of the experiential activations and retail campaigns across core clients.
  • Translate brand objectives into memorable, measurable experiences that drive footfall, social engagement, and conversion, leveraging influencer partnerships, user‑generated content, and platform‑native storytelling.
  • Champion innovation in shopper marketing, integrating physical and digital touchpoints to create seamless omnichannel journeys.

Client Development & Strategic Growth

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on all things experiential, social‑first, and retail‑focused, ensuring campaigns resonate both in‑store and online.
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities for brand activation across seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and category growth initiatives.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align with client KPIs and retail calendars.

Creative Collaboration & Campaign Execution

  • Work closely with internal creative, production, and digital teams to develop bold, insight‑led concepts that push boundaries, deliver results, and are optimised for social sharing and digital engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and clients, advising them on any amendments and related costs for additional work, adhering to budget and resource feasibility; partner with the Campaign team at N2O to ensure first‑class service is delivered.
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing managers to ensure campaigns are locally relevant and nationally scalable.
  • Work cohesively and collaboratively with the Campaign Management department, ensuring KPIs are communicated and campaigns are delivered within agreed costs and margin targets.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Own the commercial performance of the accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, manage supplier relationships, and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver post‑campaign analysis with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience‑First Thinking – you believe in the power of live brand experiences to drive emotional connection and commercial impact.
  • Retail‑Savvy – you understand the nuances of the retail environment and how to activate brands in‑store and beyond.
  • Proven experience in experiential marketing, shopper marketing, or retail brand activation in an agency or client‑side context.
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG and health & beauty retail landscapes, strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing client accounts and delivering ROI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Highly organised, agile, and comfortable managing multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of managing integrated campaigns involving design, production, logistics, print, staffing and events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to role‑model excellent client report writing skills or campaign briefs and give guidance to team members in doing the same.
