What you’ll be doing:
We seek a Senior Partnerships Manager to manage, develop, and retain public sector partnerships with key clients:
- Line manage and support public sector partnerships.
- Drive partnership success using data-driven decisions for growth.
- Retain valued partners and oversee contract renewals.
- Serve as the primary contact for key public sector partners, addressing needs and resolving issues.
- Manage contract renewals and growth within existing accounts.
- Prepare and present business cases internally, including at conferences and events.
- Represent InPost publicly at conferences and events.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support account needs.
- Collaborate with Operations for smooth installation of lockers.
- Work with Communications to promote partnerships in trade and local media.
- Provide regular performance and growth updates to partners and leadership.
What we need from you:
We’re looking for proactive, curious individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and want to innovate and excel:
- 6+ years in public sector partnerships, account management, or business development in government-related environments.
- Proven success in building and growing public sector partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of public sector decision-making and policies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with government and public sector entities.
