Job Description
- Manage and develop relationships with key wholesale clients to achieve sales targets: Wholesale Customers such as Planet Organic
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutual profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Provide exceptional service to maintain and strengthen client loyalty.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Account Manager - Wholesale should have:
- Proven experience managing key accounts within the FMCG industry.
- A strong understanding of wholesale operations and sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
