At Entrust, we’re shaping the future of identity‑centric security solutions. With a comprehensive portfolio of technologies and a flexible, global workplace, we empower careers, foster collaboration, and build solutions that help keep the world moving safely.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and results‑driven Senior Account Manager to join our team, focusing on revenue growth within our existing client base across Europe. This role is a key part of our expanding Identity portfolio, which now includes the industry‑leading, AI‑powered technology from our recent acquisition of Onfido. You will play a pivotal role in driving expansion and building strong relationships with high‑value clients, primarily in regulated sectors like banking and fintech.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Revenue: Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue within a portfolio of high‑value clients across Europe, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, maintaining strong, long‑lasting partnerships.
  • Lead with Expertise: Collaborate with internal teams—including Customer Success, Product, and Legal—to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex business and regulatory needs.
  • Ensure Success: Lead contract renewals and ensure high client retention through proactive engagement and consistent value delivery.
  • Track Performance: Monitor account performance, forecast growth, and report on key strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management or enterprise sales, ideally within the identity security, SaaS, or financial technology sectors.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, AML, and KYC and their impact on client operations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing complex, multi‑country accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required; additional European languages like Italian are a plus.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC methodology is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in enterprise expansion within highly regulated or compliance‑heavy industries (e.g., Fintech, Banking, Crypto).
  • Prior experience in Identity Verification (IDV) or fraud prevention.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation with performance‑based incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, a life enrichment allowance (up to €90/month for things like gym memberships or massages), and two paid volunteering days per year.
  • Generous leave: 25 days of annual leave plus a day off for your birthday.
  • Career development: Access to dedicated learning opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning, and a chance to work with cutting‑edge technologies and leading financial institutions.
  • Collaborative culture: Our "Better Together" motto is at the heart of everything we do, with regular team socials and company‑wide events.
  • Flexible work setup: We offer up to €300 for your home workstation equipment.
