Overview

Senior Account Manager with a passion for motorsport and the precision to thrive in a fast-paced global agency setting. This role sits within the Rights Consultancy/Product Management team, working with Formula 1 to consult and support the delivery of contractual rights and obligations related to product management and supply across the F1 calendar. This is a role for a confident, detail-obsessed operator who can manage complex stakeholder environments, juggle timelines, and deliver effectively. The role reports to a Senior Account Director.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor on F1 product supply guidelines to ensure rights and obligations are executed accurately and on time.
  • Act as the point of contact for the client, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on objectives.
  • Liaise with global and local rightsholders & licensees, and global clients, to ascertain product requirements across different race venues and touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with local market clients and their suppliers to organise and deliver product requirements at each venue according to market rights and obligations.
  • Work with merchandising suppliers and clients to create and produce a merchandise range and facilitate ongoing requests.
  • Consider and develop additional product supply applications and concepts (e.g., activation, sustainability, POS).
  • Create, manage, and circulate project management tools (e.g., project plans, status documents, meeting notes).
  • Track and manage the fulfilment of product supply accurately.
  • Support the development of process improvements and best practices for product management.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • If appropriate, manage junior team members, provide regular performance feedback, and support their growth.
  • When necessary, support the product supply team on-site, with potential global travel and some weekend work.

Skills & Experience

  • Substantial experience in account management and sport sponsorship, ideally within motorsports (agency or rights holder side).
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Ability to anticipate team and client needs to add value and be solutions-oriented.
  • Strong presentation skills (verbal and written) for internal and client-facing communication.
  • Exceptional client servicing and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent attention to detail and rigor.
  • Confident liaising with multiple stakeholders; personable with strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including across various time zones and international travel.
  • Team management experience coordinating junior team members where appropriate.

You need to have the ability and willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional international travel, on-site at events, and some weekend work.

This is a full-time role and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
