Senior Account Manger

My client are a UK Leading Telecommunications company and they are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting role for someone who is an experienced salesperson who is looking to work within a growing company and a growing sector.
This role has a great earning potential, with a 45k basic and a £90k OTE! + Car Allowance!
This role is based one day a week in the Guildford office and 4 days at home.
Some of the Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively winning new business and acquiring new customers
- Producing proposals and reports
- Owning and being accountable for achieving targets and associated KPI’s
- Identifying specific needs and opportunities and recommending products, services and solutions to address those requirements
- Exert influence to develop revenue and scope of services and associated adoption
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the marketplace
- Effective planning and reviewing of significant projects and management of change initiatives
- Communicating, negotiating and influencing within a complex and challenging environment
- Resolves conflict and encourages co-operation within and across teams and groups
- Liaising with internal resources and third parties
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Manager / CEO
- Follows through on all commitments on time
- Conduct client meetings, check-ins and reviews to ensure they are happy with the services provided
- Five years of sales experience predominantly in Business Development
- Contact Centre sales experience
- Able to commute to Guildford, Surrey, one day a week
- Must be highly driven, motivated and hungry
- Must have a UK driver's license
