We’re working with a bespoke, growing, and imaginative agency delivering exceptional incentive travel, conferences, and creative experiences for clients who demand unforgettable results.

They’re now looking for a hands-on Senior Account/Project Manager to join their team. This is a brand new role — a chance to shape your own corner of the business and grow with a team that blends big ideas with brilliant execution.

• Experienced Account/Project Manager with a background in events and conferences
• Confident managing client relationships and executing creative projects efficiently
• A creative thinker, calm under pressure, and committed to high-quality work

Ideal experience:

• Previous agency experience (incentives, conferences, live events, influencer events)
• Strong client servicing skills — proposal development, confident, consultative approach
• End-to-end project management across multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Budget management and supplier liaison
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive attitude, and collaborative energy
