We’re working with a bespoke, growing, and imaginative agency delivering exceptional incentive travel, conferences, and creative experiences for clients who demand unforgettable events.

They’re now looking for a hands-on Senior Account/Project Manager to join their team. This is a brand-new role — a chance to shape your own corner of the business and grow with a team that blends big ideas with brilliant execution.

• Experienced Account/Project Manager with a background in events and conferences.
• Confident in managing client relationships and executing creative projects seamlessly.
• A creative thinker, a calm head under pressure, and someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to collaborate to get the job done.

Ideal experience:

• Previous agency experience (incentives, conferences, live events, influencer events).
• Strong client servicing skills — proposal development, clear communication, and a consultative approach.
• End-to-end project management across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Budget management and supplier liaison.
• Excellent attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and collaborative energy.
