About the role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational Accounts Payable processes for all countries Deliveroo operates in. You will be based in our London HQ office, where you will be required to work in the office 3-days a week.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be managing all AP Processes for our new area of business, Deliveroo Hop. This includes:
- Leading the AP team to ensure all daily, weekly & monthly tasks are communicated and actioned effectively.
- Providing weekly and monthly reports to management, including KPI metric analysis.
- Developing team members to meet individual and team KPI’s. Assist with team members personal development.
- Duties include:
- Timely and accurate transaction processing and query handling (in relation to invoices, credit notes and expenses).
- Scoping AP Processes for new vendors and new markets.
- Creating and maintaining efficiencies within the AP processes.
- Ah-hoc duties as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Good understanding of the AP process, having held a Senior AP clerk position previously. Experience within a high volume AP function.
- Strong system experience and prior knowledge of accounting packages and P2P.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transactional environment under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong skill set across MS Office products including Word and Excel preferred but not essential.
