Patient Service: Handle queries sensitively, resolving issues and improving processes where needed.
Practice Projects: Assist with audits, recalls, and service improvements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with clinicians, management, and external partners.
Experienced inprimary care/admin leadership(GP practice experience desirable).
Highly organised with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Excellent communicator, able to lead a team and interact with patients professionally.
Proficient in SystmOne (preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of NHS policies, CQC standards, and data protection.

- Proven administrative experience, ideally within a GP practice/NHS/healthcare setting
- Strong leadership/supervisory skills with ability to support and motivate a team
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and preferably SystmOne
- Knowledge of confidentiality, GDPR and NHS policies
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Business-related qualification (e.g., NVQ in Business Administration, BTEC, or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Senior Administrator/Team Leader in primary care
- Understanding of CQC standards, QOF and GP practice workflows
- Experience with patient recalls, audits or practice improvement projects
