About your next employer

You’ll be joining a leading public sector organisation delivering vital housing services across Northern Ireland. The Supporting People (SP) team plays a critical role in shaping and monitoring housing-related support services for some of the most vulnerable individuals and communities.

About you

• A degree (or equivalent) with at least 1 year’s relevant experience OR a BTEC Higher (or equivalent) with 2 years’ relevant experience OR 3 years’ relevant experience (in the absence of formal qualifications).
• Proven ability in at least three of the following:
• Building effective relationships with statutory, voluntary, and community partners.
• Developing strategy, policy, or service improvements.
• Research, monitoring performance, and report writing.
• Managing competing deadlines and priorities.
• Team organisation and staff management.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and evaluate the performance and quality of funded services.
• Assist with risk assessments, service proposals, and decision papers.
• Coordinate communications, intranet content, and stakeholder bulletins.
• Work with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure value for money in housing support.
• Supervise and develop junior staff.
