- Assist in developing and implementing the talent strategy
- Support the design and implementation of talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Help manage development forums to support employee growth and development
- Implement a consistent approach to identifying leadership potential and work with HR and BU leaders to manage high-potential employees, focusing on retention strategies
- Ensure talent processes align with the company's culture
The Successful Applicant
- Individual who has specialized in Talent Management and can come in and hit the ground running
- Prior experience in workforce planning, succession planning, and career development
- Experience managing development forums, identifying and managing high-potential employees, and ensuring alignment with the company's culture and leadership development initiatives
- Immediately available
