Pay up to £75,748, plus 28.97% employer pension contributions, hybrid working, flexible hours, and great work life balance.

We have a few exciting opportunities across multiple teams, each playing a crucial role in shaping the future of digital services at DWP:

Health - We are transforming the experience for over 16 million people in the UK living with a health condition or disability. We're reimagining end-to-end journeys to create simple, responsive services that help people access the support they need to thrive in work and life.

Payments - As the UK's largest payer, we handle over £276 billion in payments annually - that's a third of all BACS traffic in the UK. We're on a mission to modernise our systems using cutting-edge financial technologies to ensure every payment is accurate, timely, and secure.

Chief Data Office - Help us lead DWP's data strategy and governance. We're building a data-driven organisation where insight powers decision-making and innovation. Be part of a collaborative, agile team shaping how we manage and use data across one of the UK's most impactful departments.

You'll lead using Agile frameworks, remove any barriers and utilise key metrics and insights to help us make good decisions and delivery better outcomes.

Our Agile Delivery Managers enable high-performing digital teams to create, build, innovate and deliver. We create psychologically safe spaces where digital experts can be at their best.

It's a complex landscape and you'll need your skills as a persuasive and engaging communicator, and your experience of delivering and solving cross-cutting problems to get the job done.

You'll make sure they have what they need to deliver the best services. You'll identify blockers, and find the best way round through, and over.

You will get the best out of experts in software engineering, process design, user research and user experience design, as well as policy development.

Developing a World-Class Practice.

Our Agile Delivery practice is thriving with over 200 members. We lead a cross-government community which meets once a month to share ideas and discuss emerging trends.

New joiners and long-time members of our community love how much support is available, and the degree of collaboration in DWP.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in London or Leeds, whichever is most convenient for you.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.

Pay: We offer competitive pay up to £75,748.

Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%.

Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.

You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
