Senior AI Architect – Capgemini Join us to deliver real business value at scale using AI & analytics across client organisations. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, designing and building enterprise‑scale analytical and AI solutions, guiding technical teams, and representing Capgemini at conferences and publications. Hybrid working The role blends company offices, client sites and home. You will not be able to work from home 100% of the time. Responsibilities
Design and build AI, ML, GenAI, computer vision and data science solutions that can be deployed at scale. Collaborate with clients to identify problems, define impactful solutions and explain how they address client goals. Lead and motivate technical teams, managing workloads, providing technical guidance and running Agile processes. Author internal and public whitepapers and represent Capgemini at conferences.
Qualifications & Experience
Capabilities in a range of AI techniques (supervised and unsupervised machine learning, GenAI, deep learning, graph data analytics, statistical analysis, time series, geospatial, NLP, sentiment analysis, pattern detection, etc.). Strong communication skills; able to present complex information to clients and maintain multiple stakeholder relationships. Experience winning work with private and public sector clients (RFI/RFP process, bid documentation, face‑to‑face presentations). Experience with data science platforms (Databricks, Dataiku, AzureML, SageMaker) and ML frameworks (Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn). Experience building and deploying solutions to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and using infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform). Experience deploying with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD), GitHub and security best practices. Strong track record of leading technical teams, managing workloads, offering guidance, running Agile processes and mitigating project risk.
