Department Overview
Join our growing Perception AI team within Motorola Solutions' AI R&D group, as we expand from six to eight members. We are dedicated to public safety by advancing the research and development of cutting-edge perception models specifically for video security. You will contribute to building impactful AI solutions deployable both on-camera and in the cloud, directly enhancing safety and situational awareness in real-world environments.
Job Description

This role is primarily hybrid with weekly travel into our London offices around one day a week.

As a Senior AI Research Engineer, you will focus on deploying AI/ML models to a variety of edge devices, with particular expertise in converting models for Ambarella and Novatek SoCs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient integration and optimization of models, ensuring they run seamlessly on low-power, resource-constrained devices.
