Senior Amazon PPC & Media Manager (PAN-EU)

Location: South Manchester (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Salary: £55,000 (max) + benefits

Kasmir Associates are recruiting for a business that specialises in branded products, and theyre looking for a Senior Amazon PPC & Media Manager to own and scale their Amazon Advertising across all 10 EU marketplaces. This is a brand-new, senior‑level role, reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, you will manage the end to end performance marketing initiatives, including strategy and hands‑on optimisation.

Role

• Lead end‑to‑end Amazon PPC strategy across PAN‑EU.
• Manage all Amazon ad types: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP/AMC.
• Design and execute A/B testing frameworks.
• Optimize campaigns daily, track budgets, maximise ROI, and test to improve performance.
• Work closely with content, merchandising, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are supported by listings, inventory, and insights.
• Report on performance, deliver actionable insights, and influence senior leadership decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and help build a best‑in‑class in‑house Amazon function.

About You

• 35+ years hands‑on Amazon Advertising/PPC experience, ideally across multi‑country campaigns (essential)
• Expert in Amazon Vendor Central, FBA/hybrid fulfilment, A+ content, and Brand Stores optimisation (essential)
• Proven ability managing substantial ad budgets with a focus on ROAS and profitability.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon Analytics (AMC) and BI platforms.
• Successfully managed substantial advertising budgets with focus on efficiency, scalability and profitability.
• European language skills (German, French, Spanish, Italian) a plus.
