Senior Analog / Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join a growing semiconductor company developing innovative Analog and Mixed-Signal ASICs for next-generation communication and signal processing systems.

You’ll take a hands‑on role in the design, simulation, and verification of advanced Analog and Mixed‑Signal sub‑systems for sub‑6GHz ICs, collaborating with multi‑site teams to deliver high‑performance, right‑first‑time silicon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Analog and Mixed‑Signal IC blocks (filters, PLLs, band‑gaps, bias circuits, multiplexers, etc.)
  • Work across SiGe and CMOS technologies using Cadence Virtuoso and industry‑standard design tools
  • Support ASIC characterisation and test plan development in partnership with global teams
  • Produce detailed design documentation and contribute to design‑for‑manufacture improvements

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Electronic / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years’ experience in Analog IC Design or Mixed‑Signal IC Design
  • Expertise with Cadence Virtuoso, EM tools, and layout techniques
  • Solid understanding of linearity, noise, mismatch, and stability
  • Experience in SiGe Bipolar and CMOS semiconductor processes
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and an open, collaborative mindset
