Senior Analyst / Associate, Operations Change (International) – London, UK (Hybrid Working). Department: International Projects & Change. Reports to: Manager - Operations Change. Employment Type: Full-Time.

Join our International Operations Change team and play a pivotal role in delivering business solutions and change initiatives across our London and New York offices. We are committed to delivering robust, innovative solutions that support the Fund's Investment and Finance & Operations (F&O) departments, and we are seeking a proactive and collaborative Analyst to help shape the future of our operational capabilities as we expand internationally.

Responsibilities

Change Delivery & Business Analysis

  • Analyse current state processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and design future state processes.
  • Provide SME/technical expertise for small to medium scale change and transformation activities across Operations and Investments.
  • Gain a deep understanding of business applications within Investment Operations and their integrations to support the operating model and develop strong controls.
  • Design, build, and deliver solutions using Office 365 tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to drive simplicity at scale.

Stakeholder Engagement & Project Support

  • Provide subject matter expertise into strategic and major projects, acting as a bridge between Investment Operations and Project teams.
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Improvement functions and work with partners in Finance and Risk to provide visibility into change activities and mitigate operational risks.
  • Present change overviews, status updates, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support the robust execution and governance of the Fund's and Operations team's global change agenda.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the Manager of Operations Change (International).

Who we're looking for

You are an experienced operations professional with a strong background in middle office operations within fund, investment management, or custodian environments. You bring technical expertise, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering operational change.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with:

  • A tertiary qualification in investments, business, finance, computer science, mathematics, science, or engineering.
  • Significant experience in middle office operations within fund, investment management, or custodian.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA/Macros, automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Operational understanding of data flows between Asset Owner, Fund Manager, and Custodian/Administrator/Registry in Public & Private markets.
  • Experience in change implementation, either as a project manager or SME.
  • Familiarity with investment applications such as Aladdin, Calypso, Simcorp Dimension, Bloomberg, FX All, and other platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.
  • A collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach.
