We're more than just data people — we're storytellers, strategists, and trusted partners.As a key player in our Customer Lifecycle & Marketing (CLCM) Analytics team in Leeds or London, you’ll have responsibility for and deliver high-impact analytics that shape how we engage with customers across the lifecycle.What you will be doing* Have responsibility for the quality and timeliness of CLCM analytics deliverables, ensuring insights are impactful, actionable, and highlight risks and opportunities aligned with the business strategy.* Work with the Head of CLCM Analytics to conduct and deliver deep-dive analytics projects such as customer segmentation, engagement scoring, churn prediction, and campaign effectiveness,* Identify opportunities to enhance CLCM strategies and grow customer lifetime value sustainably.* Collaborate closely with Marketing strategy & Execution teams to design and optimize CLCM strategies based on insights derived from customer data and analytics.* Partner with CLCM operations & Martech teams to ensure insights and recommendations align with platform capabilities and functionality, driving effective personalisation and automation.* Guide the design and deployment of CLCM-focused dashboards and reporting frameworks, enabling execution teams to monitor performance metrics such as retention, acquisition, campaign performance and engagement rates.* Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop predictive and prescriptive models that optimize CLCM campaigns and ensure their integration into the Martech platforms.
