The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to contribute to a Fund-wide risk transformation programme, supporting the implementation of key initiatives across international domains. As a Senior Analyst, you'll:

  • Collaborate within a "think tank" environment to proactively identify and solve implementation challenges.
  • Contribute to the delivery of detailed plans, milestones, and artefacts for the MORE programme in international offices.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Australia, New York, and London to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Support prototyping, testing, and implementation of risk solutions.
  • Provide feedback and thought leadership to programme and domain teams.
  • Motivate and inspire colleagues by demonstrating commitment to the Fund's values and leadership principles.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships across all levels of the Fund.

You'll work closely with the Senior Implementation Lead and a team of risk and project professionals, ensuring that the MORE programme's vision is brought to life in our international offices.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a collaborative, analytical, and influential professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment. To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High personal integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Experience building and maintaining high-quality relationships.
  • Self-starter mentality, comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a small, agile team.
  • Experience in risk management, ideally within financial services, investment management, or superannuation.
  • Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools such as Archer.
  • Ability to work with people from diverse disciplines and technical backgrounds.

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
  • Regulated industry experience, ideally in financial services.
  • Project/delivery management experience.
  • Strong reporting, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
