We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager in our Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team. Come and help us build a robust behavioural analytics platform for our portfolio of consumer-facing LEGO websites and apps, and play a critical role in our ambition to build direct and lasting relationships with millions of LEGO fans around the world!

Core Responsibilities
Translate business questions into requirements for data analytics, helping cross-functional teams understand growth drivers through consumer interaction insights.
Lead the implementation of user and audience behaviour tracking across digital touchpoints, ensuring ethical and transparent data collection in line with LEGO Group policies.
Define needs for dashboards and self-serve reporting, leading the development of tailored reports using PowerBI or similar tools.
Collaborate with data teams to create accessible data sources for reporting and analysis (via SQL, Databricks).
Perform ad-hoc analyses on digital performance, user journeys, and marketing effectiveness to identify value-driving touchpoints and tactics.
Convert raw data into insights and actionable recommendations, effectively communicating findings to senior leadership.
Develop and execute a learning agenda for Digital Consumer Engagement products, identifying gaps and opportunities for consumer interaction improvements.
Lead a cross-functional network to ensure alignment on core metrics and share best practices for consumer engagement.
Maintain outside-in perspective, exploring new methodologies, data sources, and partners to enhance consumer insights.

The Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team focuses on establishing meaningful, ethical relationships with consumers, leveraging data responsibly to drive digital engagement.
We seek an entrepreneurial analytics specialist comfortable in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. Influencing teams, balancing hands-on analysis with strategic insights, and inspiring action are key qualities.
What do you need?
Proven Business Impact: Extensive experience in marketing or product insights, especially in digital or gaming sectors, with a track record of driving business actions from consumer data analysis.
Hypothesis-Driven Research: Experience in validating growth assumptions through comprehensive data analysis.
Data Storytelling: Ability to transform raw data into compelling insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including creating visualizations.
Web Analytics Expertise: Proficiency with Adobe Analytics and/or Snowplow, implementing tracking variables across devices.
Data Transformation: Experience analyzing large datasets on Big Data platforms like Databricks.
Technical Skills: Comfort with SQL and Power BI or similar visualization tools; willingness to continuously develop technical skills.
Problem-Solving & Relationship Building: Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in ambiguous environments, with strong relationship-building skills.
Communication & Influence: Excellent at simplifying complex topics and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in consulting or marketing/analytics agencies is advantageous.
