We're partnered with a high-growth, short-term lender backed by major international investment. They're scaling fast and expanding their product line - and looking for a Senior Analytics Manager with a marketing analytics focus to help drive customer acquisition and engagement strategy.

Working directly with the Head of Data & Analytics, you'll lead insight generation across marketing and digital channels. Projects could include predictive modelling for new product launches, campaign targeting optimisation, and customer lifetime value modelling.

Background in financial services essential (FCA-regulated: bank, lender, bureau etc.)
Hands-on with data, but focused on insight and leadership
Experience working with statistical models
Confident supporting a team and working cross-functionally

Be a strategic player in a scaling data function
