This is a brilliant role for someone with strong Sage Intacct and Concur experience who wants to take ownership of finance systems in a growing business.You'll be the go-to person for all finance system issues, working closely with Finance teams and IT to keep their Microsoft/Azure environment running smoothly. Great opportunity to get involved in projects and really make an impact.What You'll Be DoingDay-to-DayTroubleshoot and fix issues with Sage Intacct, Concur, and other finance systemsHandle user access requests and system configurationsRun daily checks on data integrity and system processesSupport month-end/year-end activities when systems need to be rock solidWork with Finance teams to understand what they need from the systemsProjects & DevelopmentLead system upgrades and new feature rolloutsGet involved in integration work between different platformsHelp with vendor selection when they're looking at new toolsDocument processes and train users on system changesThe Technical BitManage system configurations, user permissions, and security settingsMonitor performance and fix bottlenecksWork with the Software Engineering team on integrationsSupport audits by providing system evidence and documentationWhat You NeedMust Haves:Hands-on technical experience with Sage Intacct and Concur (not just using them, but configuring/administering)Solid understanding of finance processes - GL, AP/AR, expense management, financial reportingExperience leading system implementations or major upgradesStrong Excel skills and ideally some PowerBI experienceProject management experience - you'll be juggling multiple thingsGood communication skills - you'll be dealing with Finance teams who aren't technicalNice to Haves:Professional Services backgroundExperience with integration platforms like WorkatoSome SQL knowledge for reportingITSM/ITIL framework knowledgeWhat's in it for You?Excellent benefits package (pension, healthcare, life insurance)5 days in office, during 3 month probation period.
