Key Responsibilities
- Lead conservation and creative reuse projects across all RIBA stages
- Prepare and submit planning and listed building consent applications
- Deliver technical design packages and oversee construction phases
- Manage and mentor junior architects within the team
- Collaborate with heritage consultants, clients, and external partners to achieve project excellence
What They're Looking For
- ARB Part 3 qualified with experience as a Project Architect or leading projects in the UK
- Strong conservation expertise, with accreditation or a clear path toward RIBA/AABC accreditation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS software, with Revit experience highly desirable
- Strong project management, contract administration, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of UK Building and Planning Regulations
