Senior Architectural Revit Technician (Contract outside IR35)

Vertical Recruitment are recruiting a Freelance Architectural Technician to support a respected, design-led architectural practice on a large-scale residential scheme. This is a 3–6 month contract, with an immediate requirement to join.

As part of the London team, you’ll be providing crucial technical input on a major residential project. The position requires a strong grounding in RIBA Stages 4 and 5, with the ability to translate design intent into buildable solutions. You’ll be working closely with the wider team to ensure technical accuracy and smooth project delivery.

• Location: London
• Contract: 3–6 months
• Rate: £40 - £45 per hour (Outside IR35)

Requirements

• Solid experience as an Architectural Technician, on residential or large-scale schemes
• Strong technical skills across RIBA Stages 4 & 5
• Able to contribute immediately and work effectively as part of a project team
