Senior Architectural Technician (Residential) commutable from Romsey, Devizes, Southampton, Salisbury, Ringwood, Bournemouth, offering a salary of £36,000 - £44,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Hybrid Working.

A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a leading architectural practice with strong partnerships with the country's top housebuilders, where you'll take on a senior role whilst working across a variety of residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background as an Architectural Technician, be proficient in AutoCAD, and have some exposure to Revit. Experience working on residential developments is essential.

The Role:

• Architectural Technician contributing to exciting residential developments.
• Producing accurate working drawings and ensuring compliance with current building regulations.
• Working on housing projects ranging from 70 units up to 5,000 units.
• Liaising closely with Technical and Site teams at housebuilders, providing expert technical guidance.
• Hybrid working: based in the Romsey office 3 days per week.

The Person:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in residential developments, national housing projects, and building regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a strong advantage.
• Ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to progress within a growing practice.
