Senior Architectural Technologist – West Sussex. Salary £45-55,000. A well-established, design‑driven architectural studio based in West Sussex is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to strengthen its delivery team. The practice delivers across residential, commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, heritage, and retrofit sectors, with a focus on technically robust and well-resolved projects. The role offers responsibility on technically complex schemes, particularly in cladding remediation and retrofit projects, while contributing to a varied portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
• Developing detailed design and construction information, with particular focus on cladding remediation and retrofit projects
• Producing, coordinating and managing Revit/Revit LT models, including model sharing and collaboration with wider teams
• Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation, building regulations, and industry standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members while contributing to quality assurance processes

Qualifications / Experience

• Be an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with UK-based project delivery experience
• Demonstrate proven expertise in cladding remediation and/or retrofit projects
• Be a confident and advanced user of Revit/Revit LT, including collaborative model sharing
• Possess strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methodologies
• Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across disciplines
• Thrive in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of technically demanding projects
