Key Responsibilities

• Lead on a range of projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise with clients and other team members
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance
• Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant degree in Architectural Technology
• Strong post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit (essential)
• Experience managing projects
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Healthcare sector experience advantageous
• Strong attention to detail; excellent technical and detailing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
