Lead the development and delivery of innovative alternative risk transfer solutions for our clients, working collaboratively with client management teams and direct clients. Advise clients on complex risk issues, leveraging your expertise in commercial risk broking and deep understanding of ART structures, such as parametric solutions, captives, insurance-linked securities, and bespoke risk financing. Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on emerging ART trends and market developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, insurers, reinsurers, and internal teams across Aon’s global network. Support the structuring, negotiation, and placement of ART transactions, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs and aligned with regulatory and compliance frameworks. Mentor and coach junior colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Significant experience in commercial risk broking, ideally with a focus on alternative risk transfer solutions. Deep knowledge of ART structures, including but not limited to captives, parametric insurance, structured reinsurance, and insurance-linked securities. Proven ability to advise senior client stakeholders on complex risk and insurance matters. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to develop bespoke solutions for unique client challenges. Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, ideally within a global broking or advisory firm. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are advantageous.
