Senior / Associate Architectural Technologist

We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist(Senior / Associate Level) to join our growing, multidisciplinary practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our award-winning healthcare team on a variety of public and private sector projects.

We’re open to applications from experienced technologists as well as emerging talent with the right enthusiasm, aptitude, and technical acumen. You have strong technical design ability, good building regulations knowledge and work well within a close-knit team. You can demonstrate leadership skills, ensuring projects are managed well and delivered to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Work on the technical delivery of multiple healthcare projects
  • Collaborate with architectural and BIM teams across the practice
  • Provide and update suite of standard details on healthcare projects
  • Maintain and update our suite of standard Revit details and families
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to identify the most suitable product for each technical requirement

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical design ability with attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Proven Revit proficiency, especially in technical delivery
  • Leadership skills with a team-focused mindset
  • Interest in Revit family creation (a plus!)

Ideally You’ll Have

  • 2+ years’ technical design experience
  • CIAT membership or working towards it
  • Experience producing construction detailing (1:5 as 2d AutoCAD or Revit)
  • Authoring of technical drawings and schedules at 1:50 and 1:20
  • Taking overall responsibility for identifying and producing required 1:5 construction details
