Role Summary and Impact: As a Senior eCommerce Associate Director, you will be responsible for delivering category-defining capabilities and services across eCommerce for a group of Commerce clients. Success involves providing strategic insight, evolving best practices, and leading a team, with ultimate responsibility for the quality of work within this team (delivering best-in-class retail media activations).

Team and clients: We are a team of 20 working on clients such as Dell, Adidas, The Coca-Cola Company, Sony PlayStation, Mowi, Tempur, and Lotus (across UK, EMEA and Global opportunities). We are looking for a Senior eCommerce Associate Director to join the EssenceMediacom eCommerce practice.

Skills and Experience

• In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign setup, management, optimization and reporting across media owner and technology vendor platforms
• Strong understanding of strategic and tactical application of eCommerce and digital marketing
• Proven project management, leadership and people management experience

You are an established senior member within an eCommerce environment and a known specialist in Retail and Commerce Media. You are proactive, inquisitive, and capable of inspiring direct reports and peers. You challenge inherited ways of working with ideas for improvement aligned with EssenceMediacom processes and vision.
