Senior Associate

Location: London office/hybrid/remote based

Working Hours: Standard UK hours 9-5.30 or 1pm – 9:30pm BST (due to increased demand and significant organic growth with US clients and Global HQs, a US hours team is being formed! This offers an excellent opportunity to gain expertise in the US market, enhancing your CV and future prospects.)

Purpose:

Conduct primary and secondary research and analysis; collect market insights; synthesize complex market realities; and deliver impactful presentations to diverse client landscapes. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and early involvement in a variety of projects.

About the Role

Seeking a Senior Associate to join the UK team. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and translating complex market dynamics, especially within pharma and biotech, into insights and recommendations. This high-exposure role involves early responsibility, direct interaction with senior leaders, and the opportunity to influence impactful projects from the start.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct primary and secondary market research, including attending industry conferences.
• Analyze findings and develop clear insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to client deliverables, meetings, and presentations.
• Support proposals and business development efforts.
• Mentor new team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Ideal Profile

• BSc or higher in life sciences, physical sciences, or related fields.
• 1–2 years’ experience in consulting, pharma/biotech, healthcare, or related industries (internships included).
• Strong analytical skills to connect qualitative and quantitative data.
• Effective communicator, resilient under pressure, motivated to deliver quality work.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of pharma/biotech product development.
• Willingness to work adjusted hours for US-based clients.
