Job Title: Administrative Support Officer - Programme Support Office (PSO)

RAND Europe is seeking a talented Administrative Support Officer to join our Programme Support Office (PSO). This role involves providing essential administrative support across multiple research projects, ensuring smooth operations within the PSO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support PSO/PMO in overseeing the full lifecycle of proposals and projects.
  2. Assist research proposal teams and PSO colleagues with administrative requirements.
  3. Set up proposals and projects within the IT system.
  4. Support tracking and management of risks and issues within PSO/PMO.
  5. Assist in reviewing and obtaining approval of proposal and project budgets with PSOO.
  6. Help create and maintain accurate project plans.
  7. Maintain contract management and project budgets within the IT system.
  8. Oversee lifecycle of Rate Requests and Intercompany Work Authorisations.
  9. Register and maintain external Associates within the IT system.
  10. Maintain information on overarching framework contracts.
  11. Track and report project progress, including milestones, budgets, and resources.
  12. Maintain regulatory documents for CIC, AISBL, and NL entities.
  13. Update internal PSO process documentation and project-related documents.
  14. Manage client and supplier data.
  15. Support maintenance of ISO 9001 certification.
  16. Assist with the Individual Portfolio Report and promotion processes.
  17. Support the Publications Report and pipeline activities.
  18. Assist with Conflict of Interest (COI) checks and reports.
  19. Keep the PSO/PMO team Intranet page up to date.
  20. Ensure compliance with all IMS policies.
  21. Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Salary and Benefits:

£28,000 - £31,000 DOE

Location and Work Arrangements:

This role is based at our Cambridge office with the option to work from home three days a week, requiring team presence in the office two days a week.
