With a thriving cross-sector pipeline, a collaborative culture, and genuine opportunities to influence the regional business, this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified PM to make their mark.The Role You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile commercial, retail and residential projects ranging from £10k to £40m+, acting as the client lead while integrating closely with the development management teams across the South-West. You’ll also play a key role in developing a new pure PM offering within the office, while supporting junior team members and working closely with Directors to help expand the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full lifecycle project delivery from RIBA Stages 1–7Take full client briefs and deliver results aligned with expectationsLead and mentor junior Project Managers in a fast-growing teamCollaborate with Directors across regional officesRepresent the consultancy as client lead and PM expert in meetingsContribute to business development and network growthEngage with development management opportunities as they growLearn more about development managementRequirementsMRICS or MCIOB preferred, with consultancy-side PM experienceProven experience delivering commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or new buildsStrong stakeholder management and client-facing skillsAble to lead projects with minimal supervision and a focus on detailBristol-based (3 days in office) with the ability to cover the South-WestWhat You’ll Get£70,000 to £80,000£6,600 car allowance8–10% Annual Incentive Plan bonus30 days holiday + buy/sell policy + flexible bank holidaysEOT bonus scheme shared equally across the businessUp to 2 WFH days per week (60% in-office minimum)Commitment to gaining Development Management experiencePotential to flex or compress working week depending on circumstancesCould you be interested in learning more about this unique opportunity and potentially more?Feel free to apply or call me on my number on my profile.
