We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Fund Oversight, Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Edinburgh - HYBRID.
Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks associated with the role
- Assist in the development of team members by providing training on a variety of tasks
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team and deputise in their absence
- Represent the business at Client Diligence and Service Review Meetings
- Lead on Projects within the business as required
- Drive forward operational efficiencies and streamline Unit Trust/OEIC administrative processes to increase cost savings and quality and quantity of output
- Ensure appropriate systems, processes, controls, and knowledge is fully embedded in the business function to comply with all UK regulations.
Qualifications
- Compliance, Fund Accounting, Audit or Financial Reporting experience. Trustee experience would be advantageous
- Banking/Industry experience
- Investment fund knowledge
- Product knowledge, i.e. Equities, Fixed income, OTC, ETD, SWAPS (beneficial)
- COLL rules awareness
- Analytical skills
