Our client is a leading global mid-market investment bank based in London, that provides M&A, Debt and Equity to their clients.

Their growing Real Estate sector team is looking to hire a driven and capable Associate to join their team - a supportive group of professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding results across M&A and Debt.

Their core focus spans impactful sectors: Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality and Digital Infrastructure — all areas that deeply shape communities and lives. With a number of exciting new mandates recently secured, it’s a great time to step into a role where you can make a meaningful contribution from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end execution of transactions, working closely with both clients and investors. From preparing detailed financial analyses and business plans to presenting strategic recommendations, your work will be central to their success.

This role offers exposure to a variety of projects and real estate asset classes, along with the opportunity to build your business development skills in a respectful, growth-focused environment.

Who We’re Looking For

The team are looking for individuals who combine analytical excellence with a collaborative spirit. They’re especially keen to connect with individuals who are looking to grow in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

• 5 -7 years of professional experience, ideally in real estate, M&A covering Digital Infrastructure and Telecom Towers
• Proven M&A and Debt deal experience from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm or from a Big 4 Accountancy Firm Corporate Finance / M&A Team
• Proven ability to manage projects from pitch to completion
• Solid financial modelling and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
• A positive, proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability
• The ability to work well as part of a team, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• An enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in the Real Estate sector
