You’ll join a sharp, supportive team of brilliant minds, brave ideas, and big hearts working with clients that stretch from Manchester to Melbourne, Riyadh to New York.

What you’ll get

  • Quarterly team lunches, Summer and Christmas parties. Free Museums Association pass, Climate perks and Working from Abroad.
  • Annual pay reviews, uncapped profit bonus, and referral rewards when you help us find brilliant new people.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Audience Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and the proactive development of internal standards. You’ll ensure all research is executed with rigour, translating findings into strategic direction for our clients.

Project Leadership & Delivery

You will project manage medium to large-scale consultancy and research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring everything is delivered on time and on budget while keeping our clients fully informed. Designing quantitative research tools and leading qualitative fieldwork (e.g, focus groups), before analysing primary data and leading insight workshops to produce high-quality, actionable deliverables.

Strategic Contribution & Business Winning

You will be responsible for leading client relationships, translating evidence directly into strategy that helps our clients connect deeply with their audiences and communities. Proactively build professional networks, contribute to winning new business by writing proposals and pitch presentations, and drive innovation in the application of AI, statistical models, and data visualisation.

Leadership & Mentoring

You will manage team members and offer mentoring to early-career colleagues, delivering training to foster team growth. You will actively engage with MHM systems and processes to increase efficiency across the business, contributing to internal projects like process improvements and knowledge sharing.

About You

You’re a strategist at heart, curious, clear-thinking, and good with people. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, balance rigour with creativity, and see patterns others miss.

You’ll do well here if you:

  • Turn data into direction and insight into impact.
  • Have led complex projects or consultancy accounts before.
  • Communicate simply and persuasively, even on tough stuff, and love collaborating and lifting others up.
  • Have a growth mindset and want to develop your skills and career path.
  • Have a bit of wanderlust, as we work with clients in the UK, New Zealand, Sweden, Australia, Saudi Arabia and the USA.

Experience and skills in data science, SNAP or Crunch are a bonus. Any language skills (Arabic, Swedish, or others) would also be beneficial.
