Exciting opportunities to join a fast-growing Internal Audit function at the prestigious London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). LSEG is a diverse and truly global organisation that has grown materially in 2021, primarily through the acquisition of Refinitiv. As part of LSEG Internal Audit, you will provide assurance and insights on the Refinitiv integration as well as on business areas such as Capital Markets, Post Trade, Technology, Data and Analytics, and the Group’s central functions.

Role Purpose

Lead the audit delivery and actively contribute to the successful execution of a portfolio of audits by ensuring high-quality standards, timely engagement reports, and continuous improvement of LSEG’s risk and control environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of key risks and risk drivers for the divisions and ensure the audit universe accurately reflects business operations and risk assessments.
  • Lead a portfolio of audits, setting standards and driving on‑time delivery at each stage of the engagement lifecycle.
  • Deliver core components of audit engagements in line with Internal Audit Methodology.
  • Produce impactful audit reports that influence partners to improve the control environment.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships across the business and audit function to collate and assess business information, updating risk assessments throughout the year.
  • Coach and motivate team members on the application of the audit methodology and lead performance management.
  • Leverage standard methodology across the audit function.
  • Contribute to critical initiatives within Internal Audit and support training delivery.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent, and relevant professional qualification.
  • Recognised Internal Auditing (IIA / CIIA) or Accounting Qualification; part‑qualified is acceptable.
  • Broad proven experience in assurance delivery and supervision.
  • SME technical knowledge.
  • Extensive partner management experience.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced international organisation is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Continuous improvement attitude.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: approximately 3 days in the office (Blended).
