Why we're hiring

WPP's Change and Enablement team empowers our global network with cutting‑edge technology and streamlined processes. We’re driving WPP's digital transformation, fostering efficiency, connectivity, and continuous improvement. Our global transformation demands a deep understanding of human behavior to ensure our 100,000 employees embrace new ways of working with our AI‑enabled marketing platform. We’re seeking a Senior Behavioral Designer to apply cutting‑edge behavioral science, designing interventions that ethically influence adoption, foster new mindsets, and drive sustained engagement across our diverse global workforce, particularly around AI ways of working and our Agentic E2E vision.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Behavioral Designer, you’ll be a hands‑on expert, applying behavioral science principles to deeply understand, predict, and influence employee behavior related to the adoption and effective use of our new AI‑enabled marketing platform.

  • Identify & analyze key employee behaviors for platform adoption and new AI work methodologies, analyzing underlying motivations, barriers, and triggers. Contribute to developing compelling value propositions to inspire and drive platform engagement across all markets.
  • Design and implement targeted behavioral interventions (nudges, defaults, feedback loops, social norms) directly within the platform experience and communication strategies, enhancing Employee and Client Experience. Collaborate with Service Designers to integrate behavioral insights into employee journey maps and with Instructional Designers to improve learning program engagement and retention for AI ways of working.
  • Collaborate with researchers to rigorously measure the effectiveness of behavioral interventions on platform usage and new ways of working. Analyze complex data, present clear, actionable findings, and contribute to ethical guidelines for interventions. Support monitoring individual and team progress.
