Senior Benefits Specialist (some compensation) – London

£60,000-£70,000 + 10% Bonus | Hybrid (2 days office, 3 remote)

The Role

As a Global Benefits Specialist, you will:

• Manage day-to-day benefits administration across multiple international offices.
• Partner with the Comp & Benefits Director and Benefits Manager to design, implement, and benchmark competitive benefit programmes.
• Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring offerings remain attractive across diverse markets.
• Support enrolment, employee queries, and global initiatives while maintaining compliance.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English plus French, Italian, or Spanish.
• Proven international benefits experience (experience in France highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of global HR/benefits practices, with ability to work across multiple regions.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
