I’m currently recruiting for the Senior BI Analyst (Power BI) on a full-time, permanent basis with a well-established retail tech business that has been delivering trusted data-led solutions for many years and continues to evolve its BI capability to stay ahead of a fast-changing market.

Role details

This is a hybrid role, typically with 2-3 days in the office, near Newport Pagnell, close to J14 of the M1.

Due to the location, a car and driving licence are essential. Salary is competitive and comes with a performance related bonus and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering interactive Power BI dashboards that bring clarity to complex business challenges
• Building and optimising data models and SQL queries for scalability, accuracy, and real-time reporting
• Creating insightful, customer-facing reports and dashboards that explain data with clarity and compelling storytelling
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure BI solutions align with business and customer goals
• Playing a crucial role in shaping the BI roadmap, ensuring data strategy continues to deliver value to clients

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI with strong SQL and DAX capability
• Solid grasp of data governance, integration, and best practice in visualisation
• A curious, critical thinker who can influence at all levels
• Ideally, experience working with retail or technology-driven environments
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions
