Senior Brand Designer – Luxury Beauty & Wellness Sector

Hybrid – Littlehampton, West Sussex (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £58,000 + benefits

Our client, a well-established business within the premium beauty and skincare sector, is seeking an experienced Brand Designer to join their Design function. This is a pivotal role with real creative ownership, where you will help shape and maintain a luxury brand identity across multiple international channels.

Working as part of a collaborative creative team and reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality visual design solutions across digital, print, packaging, and campaign work. This role would suit someone who understands brand at a strategic level, has strong conceptual thinking, and enjoys working within a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive luxury brand identity and asset library
• Design for digital, print, e‑commerce, packaging, POS and campaign materials
• Create templates, guidelines, iconography, typography and supporting visuals
• Support monthly campaigns and wider design needs with high‑quality deliverables
• Contribute to art direction, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Manage workflow, timelines and external suppliers when required

About You

• Strong background as a Designer within beauty, wellness, premium retail or lifestyle
• Passionate about luxury branding with an eye for detail and elevated execution
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial and brand objectives
• Comfortable working across both digital and print design
• A collaborative team player with clear communication skills
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
• A genuine passion for the beauty sector and design excellence
